One meal at a time, but PLAN your meals!! I found that the best way to get back on track! Make a one week meal plan, including grocery list every week( or check out https://www.thelaundrymoms.com-if you sign up you get a free weekly meal plan and shopping list) This has helped me the most!

I have been on this plan for a bit, and have successfully lost 40# and am working on losing 30 more. My husband is partially on it (still likes his junk food lol) and has seen weight loss as well-and he is diabetic, so also seeing better blood sugar numbers also.

Have you heard of the Trim Healthy Mama eating plan? Research this! It is amazing! You eat healthy fats, healthy carbs, but you eat them separately. Also use stevia in place of sugar.
