I will put my tuna into half of a green pepper, and add Franks Red Hot sauce so it's spicy tuna. Low carb and pretty low calorie too.

MFP only has me at 1200 calories so my meals are pretty small as it is. I guess I need to get back to the gym so I can add more calories to my day. My meals are not very filling, which is part of the problem.
