  • I was diagnosed with Meniere's August 2017. So far (11 months) I have been able to manage symptoms by low sodium - try to stay around 1200mg per day - no diuretic yet.   • I am aiming for 50 miles in July. Had a family vacation first week so didn't have time to run. (I was wrangling grandkids, ages 3, 1 and 7 months!) Assume I can count miles that I have already run in July so so far 9 miles - Ran 5 on 7/8 and 4 on 7/10.
