Are you looking to lose weight or just track a balanced diet. I only ask as my calorie goal is much lower than yours. I am in it for the weight loss. I find I hold myself accountable when I log every item . I do not weigh my food though, I eyeball it. I am doing low carb and I have a good idea of where my carbs are coming from. It's working for me.

I drank plain old salt water last night. I think it's just easier for me, to make it quick and painless in one swoop.

You guys are awesome. I have low blood pressure naturally, and at the gym yesterday I was a little light headed, assumed my blood pressure bottomed out too low... which is usually a result of low sodium. I didn't think about, but I will focus on incorporating more salt into my diet. I will provide an update.

OK, I don't know if I'm insulin resistant. I'm losing weight quickly with a 100-120g protein intake, I'm not hungry at all, I eat plenty of veggies spinach broccoli mushrooms cauliflower. I am maintaining ketosis, but I do feel my energy is depleted.

I am not hungry, but I feel like I am eating too much protein. I eat around 120g protein a day, is that too much?? I am trying to balance and I read increasing my fat will help balance.

I try to limit my wine intake to one weekend night and one weekday night. So 2 glasses a week. The weekday night, is a small glass, so I take the time and savour/appreciate the flavor and take water in between sips.

I will be flying to Arizona, then up to LA from Maryland, so many hours of flying in the morning. I will pack pepperoni, ham, eggs, and cheese with nuts. I know I can't bring an icepack through TSA so have to stick to cured meats and cheese.
