I set my first big goal to 70 lbs to lose bc 100 seemed so overwhelming but I would love to lose a 100 lbs. I'm down 14 now and on my way. Add me :)

That was the same day...nice and bloody...lol here it is healing nicely. I'm making getting tattoos part of my journey. 6 lbs to go until my next one.

I stay within my allotted calories. I watch my portion sizes. I don't starve myself. I love chicken and turkey and fish...but I also love chips, chocolate and coffee. I balance it out. LOL Add me if you want to. I don't judge. ;)

I have a serious coffee habit. And I use sugar. And I eat chips. I eat salads and veggies and lean meats too. It balances out. I also fit everything into my calorie goal.

I struggle with emotional eating too and find that taking a walk helps tremendously.
