If the recipe is online you can import it straight from a website and make changes later. So sometimes that is easier. Meals is easier for when you are scanning different things you eat.

I'm in the same boat. Last year i lost 20 lbs but managed to regain 10 back. Am steadily working to lose 30 total (from 170 - 140). I have thyroid issues AND have to take birth control pills non stop NEITHER of which are great for losing weight. Anyway I'm totally with you guys!
