  • keisha-have you tried temping? that can show you whether your are ovulating or not. That might help your dr get a better idea of whats going on.
  • kvcash-ive been watching my carbs too. Low carb is supposed to be good for your thyroid bc it reduces antibodies (or at least thats what dr.google says lol)

  • i was just reading up on intermittent fasting yesterday. I just started take thyroid meds first thing in morning and have to wait to eat so waiting a little longer will prob help me absorb more of my meds. Im def going to try it out.

  • I'm in the same boat! I'm 4'11 and want to lose 20 lbs. I got up to my highest weight this spring at 145, which is overweight for my height and I was miserable. I got down to 128, didn't stick with it and now have gained back nearly 10 lbs. it's a constant up and down. Really gonna try this time around.
