I'm nat my goal is to loose a 1 pound a week. I have only been on this app 3 days and haven't lost anything. Yet. I've done a lot of walking. I hope by the week I would have lost something. 4 more days to go.

It's good that you measure what you are eating. Do you find you feel guilty after wards and do you eat when you feel bad or feel you need some control or that you are bored.
