I love optimum nutrition it has he best tastes. They just came out with protein bars and bite size cakes as well super yummy. Vanilla ice cream is my favorite.

There is help. Your dr was mistaken or uneducated. I myself suffer from severe binge eating. My dr has started me on Vyvase and it has worked wonders.
