• I love optimum nutrition it has he best tastes. They just came out with protein bars and bite size cakes as well super yummy. Vanilla ice cream is my favorite.

• There is help. Your dr was mistaken or uneducated. I myself suffer from severe binge eating. My dr has started me on Vyvase and it has worked wonders.
