Yea headache from low carbs or just the switch in general. I've done keto and know how that transition feels. I just wasn't sure if up and down with carbs would cause something like that as well. I have the blaze. Wearing it properly is 1-2 finger width away from the base of wrist, while doing your workout. I mainly care about that heart rate because I know that's how they calculate calories burned.

Man that's crazy! but that's awesome you're still keeping at it! That take dedication. Yea I've been trying different "diets" but I stay around 2400 calories a day for my body type and over a gallon of water a day, with a good amount of cardio.
