I always have gain even if I fast for only one day, but sometimes its 5 or more pounds which is mainly water weight. I'm sure you'll get a loss this week. You go girl!!! :)

Monday through Thursday I eat low calorie Omads under 1000 calories and on Friday if I'm above my previous weeks weight I will have a 0 calorie day and just drink water. On Saturday and Sunday I will eat TMAD (Two Meals A Day)

Yay for another pound loss!!! I really miss going to Walmart!!! It's an hour drive so I haven't been for over a month maybe even 2, geez I don't even know what day it is anymore :D I go to get my weekly groceries and hit the drive thru at McDonalds and head back home to self isolate with the hubby. I tried the OMAD every other day but it was too hard for me to do. I'm sure you'll get good results from this plan just make sure you get enough calories in your meal to get you through till your next one. <3

I agree with Tracey and Steph. Dont be so hard on yourself. Being cooped up all day with others and seeing them eat is the hardest thing, I know because my hubby snacks all day long and it drives me crazy so I chew alot of gum which really helps. 70 wow!!! We had 50ish weather and then last night another noreaster dropped us a like 3-5 inches of snow, Yuck!!! Your pups are beautiful <3 You might not have seen the loss on the scale but you did see it in your clothes so that's good. Good luck with your weigh in today :)

I eat my cereal with milk but I eat it differently than most people. I put my milk in the bowl then add a little cereal eat that and then add a little more and eat that. I do this until all the milk is gone. The reason I eat it this way is because if I put all the cereal in at once it gets soggy and that's just gross!!! :D…
