I have had two fitbits and loved them both, seeing those numbers keeps pushing me throughout the day to set goals....I think its a powerful motivator if that's what you're looking for.

I feel you, that is my struggle every day. If they aren't around I crave them 24/7 but do ok to not give into my cravings, but the second I walk into work there is a plate of cookies, oreo truffles, and what have you and it's so hard to say no. According to my diet guru boyfriend, he says if you can stay away from them…
