  • I'm back again and the heaviest I've ever been too! Lost 15lbs last year and put it all back on and more. Long term goal is to lose 55, but starting out small. Good luck to you!
  • I know how you feel cause I feel the same way a lot! Try drinking lots of water to get that full feeling. Also, I found that chewing gum sometimes help. Sometimes you just want to eat, even though you may not be hungry, and chewing can help satisfy that feeling. Hang in there!

I workout quite a bit and try to eat mostly healthy during the week days, but then always eat too much junk on the weekends, and too much in general, which equals no loses in the long run.   • Right there with ya. I have always been heavy. Need to lose about 60lbs. Lost about 80 over 10 years ago and over time have put it back on. Have been trying to lose weight for the last year, but haven't had any substantial progress. Time to change the lifestyle!
