It also depends on how much the OP wants to lose or maybe they are wanting to be more toned, which some call wanting to lose the "skinny fat".

To be honest I don't know why anyone would want to "train" themselves to eat a food they don't like. This is what turns people off from a healthy life style. :( I would replace vegs with a healthier food that you love. Like fruits, adding fruits to dishes is good.

I do agree that the concept of cheat days is pretty bad. Food shouldn't be looked at in moral codes. There is no "good" or "bad" food. You shouldn't feel ashamed of having a certain food item. You can have anything you want, just in moderation. Also there's a plus of eating a calorie dense food once a week like going out…

I've been doing alot of weight training and not alot of cardio besides hiit. The one thing I am afraid of is that I will look more bulky/manly and instead of girly. especially in the arms since they big anyway. Any advice as to how I can prevent myself from being too bulky?

I do both. 4 days a week I go the gym at my complex and in other days I grab my weights and put on a YT workout video

To be honest, the FA movement isn't really about glorying obesity as much as it is glorifying self love. An obese person is confident and believes they are beautiful and there are thinpo telling them to lose weight.…

to be honest the BMI charts are usually for people who have average frame structures. i have learned never to gauge from that because i have a large bone structure. what is overweight for the average person is pretty much ideal for me. i want to look healthy, not malnourished.
