Is there a certain number of carbs I shouldn't go over? Is there a certain number of fat I shouldn't go over? I'm assuming protein isn't much of an issue I have a hard time going over 100 right now anyway with work.

I just don't know a lot yet lol. When I hear carbs I think bad so I keep trying to limit them but it seems they are good when it comes to weight loss. Was just hoping for a good percent to based off of

Lol it sounds weird but because I'm so new at working out I feel weird at a gym so I probably won't do that off the start.. I wish I could I just can't get myself to do it. Not an excuse I'm willing to do anything at home just till I get more comfortable and more knowledable

I've never been much into working out always been active with hunting And 4wheeler riding. Sense starting a family I've slowly stopped doing as much. So I'm not sure where to start with working out.

I know I need to hit my goal and not be under it and I probably will once I see results I'm an impatient which sucks for weight loss lol. I am slowly adding things to work out. I want a row machine next any other ideas?

My fitness pal goal is 1770 somedays I'm eating a few hundred under that. I haven't went over 1770 in 14days. I am running on the treadmill at 3-6mph 20-30 mins a day, and doing push-ups and leg ups 6". I am trying for 7000-10,000 steps per day plus my treadmill. I'm not fat by any means but I have pants and stuff starting…
