chicken - about 8 oz each day

Fresh veggies, cooked yam, cooked rice, cooked chicken - 4 days max in fridge, did make lots of chicken once, put it in the freezer, but thought it was too dry when re-heated, did not like the taste at all. So I just have to stay on top of the protein which requires a few nights of oven cooking during the week.

Great job & staying the course... it does take time, patience and having confidence in the process. Folks like yourself who have these success are very inspiring to others seeking the same path.. and the notion of "time" is the biggest one to accept.. Congrats !

Tonight ate at a restaurant.. had banked the calories, but the servings I've noticed are twice the protein & carbs, I would normally eat, so I don't eat till full, can tell by eye about 3-4oz of protein, and take just a few bites of carbs -

Log daily - need for accountability - do it the night before & also makes it useful to see down the road if caloric change is necessary -it can be done one factor at time to see if it works

Absolutely great! Just imagine further down the road, when you get the next photo taken.. reading about folks like yourself .. is good reminder to not give up even through the ups/downs.. plateaus.etc.. whatever weight we are all looking to lose.... it's a universal feeling dealing with scale disappointments.. etc.. you…
