I'm not surprised your taste buds are bored if you're eating the same thing every day....

I intend to calorie count until I recognise a sensible portion size, then take it from there. If I start to put on weight I'll go back to weighing and measuring for a while.

Nooooo Think about it. Why would drinking vinegar make you lose weight? Why would drinking anything make you lose weight? Eat less. Move more. No magic solution.

I'd be inclined to see a doctor to rule out other causes, if you're losing weight that fast.

I use only this, just the free version - I struggle to see how paying for the premium version will make me lose more weight! - and have been steadily losing a pound a week since mid January. It's the first time I've ever made a concerted effort to lose weight ( I put on 20 pounds while my husband was seriously ill, and in…

I've learned that counting calories works for me, because I was failing to appreciate that overeating healthy food makes you fat. I've learned that I am an emotional eater, and that I didn't stand a chance of dealing with…

Sorry but I can't get past the fact that you haven't considered that he might be shellshocked by your diagnosis, and maybe just feels that right now losing weight is not his top priority? I understand you want to do this together, but maybe he just can't right now? I don't think that would be selfish or unmotivated, I…

Under my chin first, then my back , that annoying bit below my bra strap!

Re the leg fat - I realise not everyone has the time, but since my husband died almost a year ago I've been walking 5 or 6 miles a day with my dogs to alleviate anxiety. I'm still carrying a bit of excess weight elsewhere from comfort eating while he was ill, but last week I suddenly realised that my legs are slimmer and…
