I have personally adopted a keto lifestyle . Plans never worked for me.....just lose weight, put back on, repeat. I find myself, I might think I am hungry, but I am actually thirsty.... water helps.Drink a glass, really quickly. I personally really do not drink enough water. Coffee, yes...but not water. Also am finding that Chamomile tea in the evenings takes the edge off TV snacking.

I feel ya...middle night ..wake up....spoon of Nutella and a glass of milk.....Haven't done that for a month however. I'm pretty proud . :)
