I personally find 30 minutes of LISS on a treadmill doesn’t take too much time, gives my heart a good workout, encourages me to maintain my nutrition, AND I get really great ideas (even better than shower ideas!) while I’m working out. You just gotta find what works for you! Cheer up you’ve got this!

LOL! You were a smart kid! I used to carry everything at once to avoid second trips. Like three bags on each arm a couple on my neck and two in each hand. I once carried a luggage box out and filled it with the groceries. The struggle was real. :D

Nuts, seeds, and low starch veggies are what you're looking for. I personally use fiber supplements (benefiber). But a quick Google search will get you a bunch of lovely foods and recipes that fit your preferred category.

Wine, light beer, pure 80 proof spirits, spirits mixed with zero calorie sodas or tonic or etc, and champagne. My personal go tos are spirits and tonic or white wine. Have fun ;)
