  • My boyfriend is the same.. eats over 1/2 an entire container of peanut butter in one sitting and is still so muscular and trim. Sometimes I make him tuck things away where I don't know where they are. You can add me!
  • Try Insanity HIIT workout. Great for at home it's tough and you will burn but you will get better!
  • I'm 22 and only looking to lose about 10 lbs but I have quite a bit of experience with exercising and healthy eating if that would be helpful! I'd love more inspiring, active friends :)
  • Insanity!! amazing and effective HIIT workout perfect for at home google search it...
  • Currently on my 3rd week of insanity too! I did it a couple years ago but I'm back:) Id love more insanity friends so please add me!
  • I really don't agree that you can't build muscle in a calorie deficit. In a calorie deficit it would be very difficult (probably impossible) to pack on size like if you were looking to bulk up but as my guess is that is not your goal a calorie deficit shouldn't be a problem. I am technically in a calorie deficit and I lift…
  • I saw your post about suffering from BED and having dealt with it from when I was 19- 21 and currently recovered I wanted to offer you what you asked for, advice and coping tips from someone who has gone through it because I understand, your pain, self hatred, helplessness and desperation to be free of this horrible…
  • I'm also vegetarian and even though I like cows milk I can't drink a big glass of it so I mix my protein powder with soy milk and a bit of water sometimes and it is super tasty and also helps with my protein intake since that is hard to hit as a vegetarian. I usually get unsweetened soy to keep the sugar low even though…
  • Pyramid scheme scam. Eat real veggies not unknown powder from a company that has ripped hundred of thousands of people off.
  • I do Insanity Monday-Saturday and lift Wed/Thurs and Sat/Sun. If you are feeling burnt out I think doing 3 days of exercise and one day off is a good rotation because you still exercise 6 days/ week but it feels much more broken up and by the time you get to your second day you are already half done that rotation!
  • Good for you you're really killing it! I would do a combination of cardio and strength. Building muscle is important because muscle burns more calories at rest and it's good for you. The best use of your time would be to do a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cardio workout (such sprints on the tread mill or…
  • Unless you are exercising really hard multiple days a week I would recommend not eating back your exercise calories. I burn 250-400 calories/ day exercising 6 days/week but do not log them and only use an extra 100 if I feel hungry at the end of the day.
  • Do something that boosts your self-esteem and happiness first thing in the morning. I dealt with binging over the past 4 years and I found that if I did something (usually exercise) first thing it sets the tone for the whole day. Eating smaller meals 9am, 12pm, 3pm and 6pm can also help because you know another tasty…

  • I was thinking of you and found this group on MFP community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/726-binge-eating-support-group
  • I'm 22, 5'7 and currently 129. My current goal is to lose 10lbs but ultimately to get back to 115 so about 15 lbs. I am definitely in for some extra motivation and support!
  • I opened a MFP account several years ago but never really used it. I'm 5'7 HW: 136 (a few years ago) LW: 115 (2012) CW: 129 GW:120 (eventually bellow 120 but want to keep it achievable) In the fall I was training for a half marathon, currently I am doing Insanity 4days/week and weight lifting 4 days/ week. I would love…
  • I have been vegetarian all my life. Beans, chickpeas, lentils, tofu and eggs are your best natural sources of protein. I know they can sound boring if you aren't used to cooking with them but once you learn to cook properly with them I promise they are delicious!! Chickpeas with basil and garlic is one of my favourites and…
  • Add me too please :) I just came back to MFP and am currently at 129 wanting to get back to 120. I'd love to have more people to be accountable to.
