You may want to take a look at the book, Jumpstart to Skinny by Bob Harper. It’s only meant to be for 3 weeks-not long term, but it’s written for people that are in situations like yours. Only 10 days in and I am happy with the results.

I don't like broccoli by itself but I love broccoli pizza. Get a frozen thin crust pizza. Remove the pepperoni and load the broccoli on it. I like crispy pepperoni so I put those on top.
