I'm losing weight and eat oatmeal for breakfast. I add peanut butter and raisins. It's about 600 calories, 66g carbs but it fits within my calorie limit.

You may lower cholesterol by: Exercising, eating healthier fats - leaner cuts of meat, low-fat dairy,olive and canola oils and decreasing trans fat - baked goods, snacks, fried foods, etc

I use coconut oil to fry my eggs. I've never tried MCT oil, it's too expensive for my taste.

Sweet potato and chicken breast (~224cals, 28g carbs, 3g fat, 25g protein) I'm 5'2", 120lbs and currently eating 1500 calories/day.

You may need to eat 1850 calories 7x/wk. I eat more on heavy lifting days.

Yes, you should speak with your doctor. If I drop to low with calories I get headaches. How many calories were you consuming before you dropped to 1400?

Enjoy the food, try to control your portions. A smaller breakfast may help if you plan on indulging at dinner.

I took a few days off after getting a tattoo on my forearm and avoided exercises where equipment would touch it.

I use to have a teaspoon of it as a snack. If it fits within your calories and you like it, why not?

I have back pain, Dr said to stay active. When I miss too many days of exercising it gets really tight. I avoid any exercises that aggravates it (jogging, overhead squats, & snatches). I also use a heated pad at night.

There is no best machine, if you like it do it.

I've used leggings from Old Navy, Marshall's and TJ Maxx and they all hold up really well.
