I needed the feedback.. cause I really don't know what the hell I am doing.. lol.. I started my weight loss journey in Sept.. and was doing great.. but wasn't counting calories..I want to learn how to do it and do it right. :)

I should have made myself more clear.. when referring to cheats, I should have said eating fast food. I am slowly repairing my food relationship.main reason that I changed my eating habits to healthier foods.. guess I am just trying to wrap my head around why so many calories..
