  • You can do this. I'm still on my journey but I've lost 75 of my 100 pound goal. I started 1/16/17 and I have loved every minute of it. It's so exciting to see the fat/pounds melt away every month. I am using the Ketogenic way of eating plan. Check it out. Good luck to you
  • Gina, I started 1/16/2017 with 100 pounds to lose. I'm 5'2" and weighed 249 pounds. Here I am almost 8 months later with a 72 pound weight loss success.
