I cook it for 13 minutes and it comes out great. I stack them so that some are crispy and some are soft, so they're all different. No oil or anything needed and they pop right off without sticking.

Current obsession....Polenta slices cooked in the air fryer. I've never had it before. It's good!

I've seen that in different FB vegetarian groups I'm in but have no idea where to buy it. What does it taste like?
-
We're almost twinsies. I'm just behind you at day# 1267. :D
-
The regular ones from that brand, yes I agree. But not the "tofu" version. It's very very close to "real noodles".
-
Agreed about that House Foods "Tofu Spaghetti" version! It's the best one I've ever had. I eat them often.
-
Yesss! I get the linguine version and it's so good. I went through a phase of eating it almost daily and have taken a small break from it, but I love it. And for only 60 calories a can? Good stuff!
-
That's all I use and it's sooooo good.

Roasted veggies are awesome, and I love broccoli crispy like that. It's perfect! You nailed it.
-
I keep wanting to try that! It's on my list, but I also don't want to eat the entire package so I usually walk past it. But soon I'm going to check that box off the list. Glad to hear it's good!

1. Cabbage 2. Huge mixing bowl size salads (rotate some of the add-ons daily) 3. Different types of tofu My meals are pretty monotonous and I do eat a lot of the same things every day. It would bore a lot of people but I like what I like. Lol.
-
That looks pretty good! Added to my shopping list to try.

Funny timing. I actually saw cream of rice at the grocery store yesterday. I've never seen or heard of it before this thread and now it's on the shelf. Maybe it was always there and I was just blind. That's a good possibility too, lol.
-
Cabbage lover here too! I'm a recent convert, having only tried it for the first time last year. Since then I've become obsessed over the past few months. I eat it for dinner almost every other night. My favorite way to make it is as stir fry with green beans, broccoli or carrots. Good stuff!

Hubba hubba. I would just need a spoon (or two) and my favorite sweat pants. Maybe a few days off work to recover. But I'm ready!
-
Lettuce, cabbage, cherry tomatoes.
-
Whaaaaaaat?? I could drink a strong one every day (I don't.....promise). They are so good with lots of spicy things added. It does look gross, lol. I don't do the celery thing though.

What are your favorites? The only brand I've tried is Daiya and I like it. I use the shredded kind mostly. I tried the cheese sauce for the first time yesterday and while it tasted good to me, it's a salt bomb. What brand will knock my socks off?

I have the Ninja CM401 and love it. Never used the frother or carafe though. I've had it a year or two and it's been great. I had multiple Keurigs for years before that but it finally clicked in my head how wasteful they are and had to jump off that ship. This is the one I have but they are on sale for lower price fairly…

I wouldn't call it "cheating", but on the weekends I eat about 500 calories more each day than I do during the week. It allows me to have different foods that are higher calorie than I normally do on other days and also sort of something to look forward to. I still track and log everything. This works for me. If I didn't…

This reminds me, I actually used to do that when I was a kid.....put mustard on my macaroni and cheese. It was good!
-
Makes no sense does it? As a vegetarian, I would blimp up if I didn't count veggies, lol. If veggies had no calories I'd take a few days off from work every week to celebrate....with mountains of food. 😂
-
Agreed.
-
Did the calories change at all from 190? I can't find an updated nutrition label online anywhere.
-
Oh no. The Kirkland Cookie dough are one of my favorites. How do you know they changed them? I haven't finished my last stock pile yet.
-
What's the consistency of these things? Are they light and crunchy like a chip or more dense like a cookie?
-
I'm not sure what that is, but I want it! Is that chocolate pieces or raisins?
-
Cooked. First I had it a few times in the air fryer as "cabbage steaks" (which come out amazing BTW), but now I generally just slice it into strips (600g) and saute it in a pan. I don't use oil or anything. I just add a few squirts of liquid smoke while it's cooking. Then after I put it in a bowl I put G. Hughes Sweet…

I am currently so obsessed with cabbage! Never really had it until a few months ago and it's my current favorite food. I'll probably eat it until I burn myself out then move onto something else, but I love it! And you're right. You can eat massive amounts for super low calories. 👍👍
