Because of your post I went out and bought some of this. I already drink the apple cinnamon flavor all the time but never tried the bengal spice. You're right, it is so good!! Now I don't know which I like better. Lol.

The Walmart brand of canned artichoke hearts is the same way. It's listed as twice the calories of other brands of the same thing. Wildly different. So I use the other brands amounts since it seems more likely to be correct (and in my favor, lol).

How do people see each other's food diary? Is it not possible to do that on the app? I see people mention they're looking at someone's diary but I see nothing. Does it have to be the web version or what? Just curious.

My next b-day is going to be the big 4-0 also. I can barely type it, lol. NOT looking forward to that number at all. It's weird. Even though I see that number approaching, I don't feel like that number. Ugh! Only 7 short more months to go (July).

I'll echo everyone else by saying that I think you look great right where you are. I think sometimes we see ourselves differently than reality. I'm guilty of this myself, because when I look in the mirror I still want to lose more weight even though my BMI is 20.0 (male). I think you've done a great job!

The can for that one matches the website, and none of them have oil. The labels show all the same ingredients and net weight. I just don't get how the numbers are so different. These are some of the little things in life that occupy my brain at night. π

Well thanks to this thread I have added potatoes back to my rotation and I forgot how good they are. I wasn't avoiding them for any particular reason but just didn't have them in a long time. I have to say, the comments about them being filling have so far turned out to be true. And....yum!

I am obsessed with those too and buy them by the case. I use the fruity flavors for my water and of course the others with my coffee. But have you tried the salted dark chocolate espresso? It's my absolute favorite!

I think you're the person that made me try silken tofu with chocolate syrup, cinnamon and zero calorie monk fruit sweetener based on a picture you posted as dessert months ago. I loved it and have eaten it every single night ever since. It's one of my favorite foods of all time!

Yes! That's one of my favorite foods, and mostly the only "pasta" I eat now. I love it. Just have to rinse it well or it has a slight smelly smell that smells.

I love low calorie stuff and went through a period recently where I ate a ton of this bread. But does it give anyone else headache? It's the only bread that seems to make my head hurt shortly after eating it. Anyone else??

I love celery too. It's really good dipped in.....BBQ sauce. And carrots are really good in yellow mustard. Been having some weird cravings lately, but they are both delicious like that! π

I didn't read all the comments but I bet I know pretty much what they said. I do weigh every day, but do it at the same time in the same conditions. After potty and before food. Otherwise, like you said it ranges all over the place during the day based on what you eat. My weight goes up and down 5 pounds during the day butβ¦

Being a vegetarian that eats half my weight in veggies every day, I sure wish I didn't have to count them! Lol.

My biggest struggle by far is waking up in the middle of the night and hitting the fridge. Bread is my weakness. As much as I tell myself I won't do it, it still happens almost nightly. I do great during the day, but then middle of the night comes and the urge is intense. It's a work in progress.

I'll definitely be watching this thread. I love tofu shirataki noodles. The ones I buy are just 20 calories for the whole bag. Miracle indeed.
