Normal. I fluctuate 3-4 lbs throughout the day due to eating volumes of veggies every day which are loaded with water. I actually "lose" about 2-3 pounds from night to morning from middle of the night bathroom breaks. That's the one con from so many vegetables and drinks (I'm vegetarian).

They are delicious if you cook them in the air fryer or pan fry on the stove. I eat them like that plain and add them to salads. They lose their bitter taste and are similar to potato taste. I love them.

Waking up a few hours after going to bed and eating food is my current struggle. I try to factor that into my calories by reserving some for frozen fruit, but I get cravings for bread and that does me in. It's a work in progress.

It does link but I disabled it because I hated it constantly posting that I lost a fraction of a pound and people kept commenting on it. It never posts when you gain. The normal 1/2 lb up one day, down 1/2 next day, etc. It drove me crazy.

Yep, I'm with you on that. I eat a lot of salads, frozen fruit and things like that. I get up multiple times in the night to pee and actually weigh about 2-3 lbs less in the morning JUST from those pee breaks. :p
