Some people like to focus on eating more whole foods and less processed stuff. I am vegetarian and although you can be a veggie and eat junk, I try my best to eat a mostly plant based (non-junk) diet. That's sort of what I think "clean eating" is. For example, I usually don't eat potato chips, fried foods, oils during…

Yep, I'm with you on that. I eat a lot of salads, frozen fruit and things like that. I get up multiple times in the night to pee and actually weigh about 2-3 lbs less in the morning JUST from those pee breaks. :p

This is the one I have, which is a Withings Body+ scale. I've had it 6 months or so and I love it. It has an app where you can see the trends, syncs to MFP and it can track multiple people. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071XW4C5Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

How about flavored Seltzer water? Other than coffee and tea that's all I drink.

We're gonna need the deets on those cookies please. What the heck are they and did you like them?
-
That's a good description. I'll have to figure out how to get some and try it out! I'm intrigued more.

I've never heard of white asparagus but I LOVE the regular stuff. How does the taste compare? And why does it need to be peeled? Does it have a tough skin or something?

Hold up. Something is fishy here. I checked their site and first they list 27 calories per serving but then right below that it's 200 with an asterisk that says "digestibility corrected". What does this mean? https://www.professornutz.com/professor-nutz.html/

Lately it's been an acorn squash cooked in the air fryer with cinnamon and syrup.
-
One of my favorite lunches is air fried plain green beans (frozen or fresh) dipped in sriracha and air fried tofu dipped in syrup.
-
What?? Chocolate chip cookie dough flavor is my favorite of theirs! So good in my opinion. It is even better if you put it in the microwave for about 20 seconds to soften them up.

Brussels sprouts are so good in the air fryer! That's usually how I make them too and it gives them that awesome crunch. I'm pretty boring, so I make them plain then either dip them in hot sauce or a little syrup. YUM!

Chips Galore cookie sandwich! That was always me favorite from the ice cream truck as a kid. Yum!

Same here, about 10 years so far. Off topic....I have noticed the older I get the more recent "10 years ago" feels. I mean, 2010 does NOT feel like a decade ago! It's scary how fast time flies!
-
But but but.....they have the best delish salads! Pricy, yes.

The only Walden Farms stuff I like is their Pancake Syrup which I am completely obsessed with. I think it is so good!!! The rest of their stuff that I've tried is disgusting though. I also love Skinny Girl Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing! It has a lot of sodium though so even at super low calorie I try to limit it.

I love my Max Trainer M5 and have been using it daily for almost three years. It does kick your butt that's for sure.
-
I'm on board with the blackened Brussels sprouts!

Yes I can feel my shirts are slightly more snug. I weigh and log all of my food. The only exception was I would add 200 cal for tiny snacks throughout the day, but I just stopped that recently and will now add it all individually. My average daily protein is around 140 grams, half of which is protein bars and the majority…

Ooh, those are three of my favorite things too! I do them in hot sauce. Yum!

It was a 3.5 mile bike ride even in 25 degree weather, but I replaced it with extra elliptical during the day. I really can't think of any other changes. I'm a creature of habit and do /eat the same things all the time. I do all cardio (bowflex max trainer) and no strength training but that hasn't changed. I'm vegetarian…

Well, I went back and studied my food diary and exercise logs like the nerd that I am and two things do stand out. My weight started to noticeably inch up in early March. That's when two things happened. First I stopped morning bike rides on top of my other exercise. Then, I used to eat a full pint of low calorie ice cream…

Same about the nutritional yeast! My favorite brand so far is Simple Truth (Kroger).
-
Ok, based on the two attached links it looks like both half packs together make 5 servings = 400 calories. So my thinking that each half pack = 2.5 servings must be correct. Yeah I'm an over thinker too, lol.. https://www.kroger.com/p/simple-truth-organic-extra-firm-tofu/0001111091342…

What? Now I'm confused. I buy this one in bulk and eat it every day. I count each half pack as 2.5 servings = 200 calories, or 5 servings and 400 calories per entire package (both halves). Is that what we're saying is correct? Hope so!! Lol.
