That looks great! Spaghetti squash is very low calorie yet very filling. I love it.

Yes, it's sad but I do that. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are copy & paste, then dinner is switched up but I've been rotating only about 8-10 things for dinner so I eat basically the same stuff all the time. I like it that way though. It doesn't usually bore me.
-
I'm definitely with you on that. I've eaten millions of those and they are so good!!
-
I'm with you on that! I have a friend that does it and it grosses me out. No amount of pleading will get him to stop. That is disGUSTing. Ick.
-
Same here. I've had my M5 for 3 years and have used it almost every single day since. It's still hard!! Lol. But it is a great workout.

Frank's is my absolute favorite hot sauce but I've been attempting to watch my salt intake lately and that has a lot of sodium.

Let's just say I'd like to click "like" 5 times but it won't let me. Lol.

Have you tried PB2? It's delicious! I like the chocolate version.

1. Food scale 2. Air fryer

Coffee, mushrooms, tofu.

I have a Polar H10 and love it. Highly recommend it.

I'm in a similar boat. At the beginning of 2019 I became vegetarian. It is something I had ALWAYS wanted to try for as long as I can remember and I'm proud that I started cold turkey (pun intended) and LOVE it. Now I would really like to attempt vegan but that seems like so much more work and research. For the most part I…

Two of my biggest accomplishments were continued daily exercise, even when I REALLY didn't want to. And becoming vegetarian. That is something I have ALWAYS wanted to try for as long as I can remember. Finally attempted going veggie at the beginning of 2019 and I LOVE IT. It's a lot of fun trying all kinds of different…

You got this. Believe it and you'll get it done! You have 10,000 complete total strangers cheering you on. Lol.

How about a Food Lion, Harris Teeter, or Fred Meyer? They're owned by Kroger and carry the Simple Truth brand.
-
Have you tried Simple Truth Low Cow from Kroger? It's my absolute favorite and only 240-280 calories for the pint. I stock up (my freezers look like their storage freezers, lol) and eat a pint every night. Yum!
-
I've tried a few other flavors of their things and you're right, they're disgusting. But the pancake syrup is very good!!
-
Here's another weird snack for you that I eat every day. No judging! Lol. I put Waldon Farms pancake syrup and cinnamon on 150g of sliced mushrooms in a bowl. Mmm Mmm good!
-
Definitely try spaghetti squash! I just started eating it recently and it's so good.

I have a Withings Body+ that I bought a month or so ago and I love it. It connects to an app to track all of your weights on a graph. It does connect to MFP but you don't have to link it. I don't like it auto-posting my morning scale happenings, lol. Here's a link on Amazon...…

I have an Ozeri and I love it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KA7WL7W/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_q397DbP04T45Y

I got a Withings Body+ smart scale about a month or so ago and love it. It does have gimmicks that I don't use like body fat, water level, etc. What I like about it is that it has a companion app (Healthmate) that tracks your weight readings. I like seeing the trend. It does sync to MyFitnessPal but what I learned is that…

I know it may sound a little strange, but I love dipping tofu in pancake syrup (Walden Farms zero calorie feeds my syrup habit). It makes it taste like french toast. Very good that way!
-
That sounds very tasty! And I swear I can spell. That's what I get for phone typing and eating at the same time. Lol.
-
Wow what a good idea. I've never tried that it that way. It's it romaine?
-
Yes!! It's amazing stuff and I eat tons of it. I buy it in bulk from Costco. 😁
-
I really like the chocolate PB2. It's very good on english muffins or ezekiel bread. I haven't had it in a little bit though because I sort of got burned out of it from eating it so much. Still have 3 huge jars sitting around (I'm a bulk buyer when it saves a buck, lol).
-
I've never had pork rinds so I'm not sure.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008EMAF0G/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_CAC2DbE531Y5N Basically soy beans that have been ground up and formed into.....curls then dehydrated. They're like tofu in that they don't have much flavor on their own, but they're so good! Lots of protein.

I like things pretty simple. I just rehydrate them, cook them in the air fryer for 10 minutes until crispy and dip them in hot sauce or syrup. They're also delicious in soup! I love the texture.
