Just drink it! If you enjoy it, have it! I have chocolate almost every day, if i can fit it into my calories , then i have some.

i didnt see anyone accusing you of lying. There are a lot of incredibly knowledgeable people here on MFP and they give great advice. You should listen to what they have to say.

definitely need to give it more time. I've plateaued for several weeks before, just keep logging all your food and moving more and it will happen.

If i want something, i make it fit into my calories for the day. I eat some ice cream almost every single day! I think i'm going for pizza for dinner. All this talk is making me hungry!

I weigh and log, it's the only thing that works for me. I work with a woman who just started the Whole30 diet, i asked her what she was going to do after the 30 days was up. She just looked at me with a blank stare in her eyes. I suggested counting calories on MFP instead. SMH!!

I think no matter what anyone says to you, you will only lose weight when YOU are ready. I'm not much of a meat person and I need my carbs to fuel my workouts so no, paleo would not work for me. I know others it has worked for so to each his own I say!

I feel sick just thinking about being sick, but no, I work out at 5am so I don't eat at all before

I work out alone in the super early in the morning, it's kind of my "me" time. Workout, meditate, etc. Most friends would not want to get up at 4am!!!!

I never had anything against them but I never got one. Then a couple of years ago I was so sick with the flu I thought i was going to die. I've gotten one every year since. Better safe than sorry.

Have you tried a food scale? It takes a lot of the guess work out of the equation. You can find them pretty cheap for like $10-15. Revised to edit: Sorry i didnt realize you were talking about when you're at work
