I know, that was a joke :P It started suddenly like 3 days ago, so it was just weird. I have a treadmill at home so that is what I use most of the time. Going to start some Fitness Blender programs next week though, so I'll see if it happens then too.

Not yet, but that's my next plan. I'm going to try just yoga today and see if it makes a difference. I have a feeling maybe it's just something to do with either running or the treadmill itself.

My left foot also goes numb! It is sooo weird. My left foot and ankle seem to have issues, and I'm not sure why.

Hey! You can totally do it! Losing 125 is my starting goal too :) I posted something here a few weeks ago about how I was yo-yo dieting for years, and finally with the help of others and just being committed to tracking every day, something clicked and this has been the longest I have gone without binging. Feel free to add…

I do actually eat them back now :) I didn't the first few days, then found all the threads about it and decided to eat back half.

Lol sorry, the self loathing thing made me laugh.
-
Yep me! Anyone can add me.

I have a treadmill. But I live in San Diego so the weather isn’t really an issue. It’s not too bad if you find music you love or something to watch.

Everyone's body is different, and we all seem to lose weight in different areas. I bet if you have before and after photos that really show your curves, you will be able to see those 25 lbs somewhere. I always notice in my clothes first, usually before the scale goes down enough to see a difference. If your clothes fit…

Breakfast - Eggs and hashbrowns Lunch - Salad w/chicken, cheese, olives, tomato, ranch & Greek yogurt Dinner - Fish tacos Snacks - Banana, protein bar Still enough calories left for a few drinks if I want them.

My short answer is, yes, I'm fine with it. I trust my body to tell me when I have lost all the weight I am meant to. I'm pushing 40, so I'm sure I'm not going to be the size I was at 20. That's just life, and I will accept it, but keep trying to be as healthy as I can.

Hour on the treadmill. Starting one of the Fitness Blender programs tomorrow.

Yes, this! The Bolthouse yogurt ranch is insanely good. I was surprised. As opposed to fat free ranch, which I find disgusting and would rather dry salad.

5 days a week. Only cardio so far, but starting a Fitness Blender program in January. If I add a 6th day, it's usually just yoga or Pilates.
-
Oh I feel you! I used to wear mine all day, but now I only use it during workouts, and eat about 1/2 of the exercise calories it tells me. I don't fully trust it, but it's a good guess for me so far.

I used to think that would help, but it never really did. Weirdly enough, I find it easier knowing I *could* have them if i wanted, but in moderation. When I used to say NO to stuff, it messed with my head, and the cravings got worse. Once you remove "bad" and "good" labels from food, it loses a lot of its power.

Yeah I don't doubt that. My body just crazy hated it.

My current favorite snacks: Apples w/almond butter Bananas plain or w/hazelnut butter Triscuits (reduced fat) w/Laughing Cow Swiss Light Fresh fruit - pretty much any kind Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt (15 grams of protein!) and strawberries Vegetables w/hummus

I love this mentality. I am almost 38, and feel basically the same way. I have no idea what my loose skin will look like, but since I have another 110 lbs to lose, it would be almost impossible not to have it. I will decide then whether or not I want surgery to remove it, but the most important thing is to get the weight…

Yep! You REALLY have to make a lifelong choice, or you feel sick every time you get in and out of ketosis. Just not worth all the trouble for me personally. And I got superrrr frustrated at constantly trying to balance my electrolytes so I wouldn't feel weak and sick.

Tried: Keto, Paleo, Whole30, Weight Watchers What is Working: Calorie counting. I'm not saying it's because of Keto, but after I successfully lost on it for a few months in 2016, I then spent the next almost 2 years binge eating and compulsive overeating, far more than I ever have before. The restrictions were obviously…

From my completely personal experience, I HATED it. It was way too restrictive for me, and triggered my binge eating disorder.<< not saying this is a typical reaction, I have a history of disordered eating, just giving you my experience. Woo if you must. I *did* lose weight on it, but when I went back to my MFP logs from…

This made me think of Envy, where they have the spray that makes poo disappear. BUT WHERE DID THE POOP GO?!!

I don't think it's impossible for everyone, but it's impossible for me. I have 2 modes: track my food to eat a moderate amount, or compulsively overeat and binge eat. I have absolutely NO sense of moderation. I HAVE to track what I am eating if I am going to eat even close to maintenance. Maybe in time it will get better,…

The calories seem low for you. I am the same height and probably 70-80 lbs heavier than you, and that's the amount of calories I get if I choose to lose 2lbs a week. Seems as a male who has less to lose, your calories should be higher. But if you really, really want to do Keto, I would look at the groups. I think there is…

Technically, whichever one keeps you in a calorie deficit and that you can stick to long-term. Just following calorie counting here is the easiest.

Morning - Coffee w/Evolve protein shake Breakfast - 2 breakfast tacos w/corn tortillas, eggs, cheese, salsa Lunch - Tuna salad w/crackers, yogurt, strawberries Dinner - Leftover chinese food from last night Snacks - Banana, 2 mini chocolates

I have generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder (plus some fun social anxiety thrown in), so I feel your pain. I agree with the others about caffeine and alcohol. Alcohol is a depressant and does the same thing to depression that it does to anxiety - the after effects are MUCH worse. Your anxiety is heightened to…

I did good, completely unintentionally. I estimated some of it but I’m maybe 100 calories over my daily goal. Ate fruits and veggies and protein first, stopped when I was full, and had some chocolate and fudge because gimme. The sodium was probably outrageous so not weighing in for a few days lol.

You don’t.
