I went over by 41 calories today. Did the work out and tracked all points.

I am back. I was off to a good start but my dad and mother-in-law both died last week. It was too hard to stay focused but I am back at it and I am taking up the challenge again.

Did it. Even when traveling. Key for me was doing workout before I left for the day. For me it was 6:00 am. Yes under calories and yes log all points.

Hello fabulous February group. My goal is 6 pounds this month. That will take me to 215.5 which will leave me 16.5 pounds to go after that. I need this to the help avoid a possible heart surgery.
