I'm down 25 pounds since January 3. SW:271 Cw:246. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal of 170 but I'll get there. I never worked out or ate clean ever. At 24 years old I decided to change that. Best decision ever. I've even got my family making better choices. So win!!

My workouts are usually about 30 mins on the treadmill at the gym (a brisk walk at about a level 5 incline) and lifting some weights afterwards.
