I love IF! It’s made my weight loss accelerate a lot! I started out with a 12 hour fast every day and have worked up to a 16 hour fast a day. Most of my bad snacking was at night so stopping food after 7pm was key!

Welcome! It’s been slow for me! I started in 2021 at 248. Now I’m 191 and keep wishing my weight loss would pick up, but at this point I think it will be another 2-3 years before I’m at goal!

Hi! I’m a hiker and runner and have noticed the next day after a long hike or running a race I always seem to gain. It always comes off in another day or two. I think it’s water retention. Hope that helps!
