After two months of backpacking in Southeast Asia. Ate what I wanted but tons of exercise in. Walked 3-10 km a day and hiked 2-3 times a week. Only lost about 15 pounds but gained a lot of muscle! Top: 175 lbs Bottom: 160 lbs 5''5
