Thanks..not looking for something to aid the weightless so much as ease transitions in muscle ,skin and health.I never had joint /muscle pain at heavier weights..blood work is fine

I use my 4 am break as breakfast,then family meal as dinner..but mostly log between 11pm to 11 pm..I have never been great for 3 meals a day,but feel just logging the food is more important then what time slots I use

When do you start your diary each day? If it's at 6 30 am,then they'd be added to your previous days total.I work nights so my diary runs from 11pm to 11pmas it makes most sense for me

Have lost over 50 and don't feel much different and no one has noticed.Due to anxiety issues I tend to wear tight compression clothes so haven't changed sizes so much as used up less of there stretch capability

Arms and shoulders.Shirts fit loser up top but not much difference anywhere else.50 pounds lost and still in same clothes

I don't feel as I'm on an impossible "crash diet" at this point.And not really making healthy diet choices at this point so much as getting into a routine of tracking what I eat.
