Yes I have high blood pressure. So I try and watch my sodium intake. But I've also been told by my dr that sodium can make u retain water as well. So I try to stay near the sodium recommendation. And trying to be more conscientious of the foods I pick based on protein amounts, calories and sodium amounts.
