  • Butter in coffee is tasty. I did Keto for 2 months and calorie count for 2 months. I lost more on the cal. count. Although, a higher fat and protein amount in your diet does make you feel fuller and less hungry throughout the day. But I still need the carbs for energy.
  • 48yr old male. I lost 30 pounds in the last 4 months. 235 to 205 now. 5'11. I have always been into weightlifting but ate too much and got overweight. My waist size is now 36.75 from 42 back in early August. Now I want to get my waist down to 34.5 and (less importantly) my weight to 190-195. I'm on 2040 cal/day and as long…
  • Best Isolated Glute work? By the way, what about using the butt blaster machine. It is basically kickbacks with weight.
  • I'm also looking to get bigger glutes. By "deep squats" do you mean going all the way down to where your butt is hitting the calves? Also, what are hip thrusts and hip extension exercises? Also, what about step ups (18 inches high) carrying 25lb weights? Or leg presses, going as far down (or back towards your chest) as…
  • What love handles? What exercise routine did you do to make your glutes bigger?
  • People keep saying, "What happens when you get off the weight loss pills, blah, blah, blah, ". People, you need to understand that these pills worked for him WITHOUT much diet change. He said that already. My belief is that weight loss pills CAN help, but are not the be all, end all. It's a jump start help more or less. It…
  • By the way how do people see other people's diary, if they say it's open? Can't figure that out.
  • I'm at a Plateau right now. 46yrs old. 5'11. Started 1/25/17 @ 240lbs. 46 inch waist. Now 225 @ 43 inch waist. But I've been stuck at that weight number for the last 3 weeks! The waist I didn't start measuring until 2/9. So from 2/9-3/29 my waist dropped from 46 in. to 43 in. But since 3/29 no waist size change. My calorie…
  • I've noticed that on these forums everyone seems to downplay any weight loss/fat burner pills. I have to agree with bluehayan that these supplements can be an additional weight loss help. Even if they just suppress your appetite, that alone can help you decrease your calorie count. By the way, what is HIIT? Also, can I ask…
  • Let me clarify my "activity". I work as a floor RN and do about 10000 steps/day 40 hours/week. In addition to this, I go to the gym and do weight lifting 2-3x week. 1x/wk I also throw batting practice for HS baseball players. I throw about 300 pitches at 50-75% level. I am dripping sweat after this. James
