Do you primarily get your carbs from veggies? I assume you have to give up grains/fruit. How do you get your energy? I gave it up for about 3 weeks and I was pooped.

I make sure whatever I eat has protein. Oatmeal with center cut bacon. Protein snacks (oscar mayer), quest bars, halo top ice cream, it all starts to add up.

I have the same problem. I've been logging for nearly 3 weeks now and I've only lost 1lb. I got a scale first week in and I have a personal trainer. It's frustrating, but I'm going to keep going until a month or so to see if I lose more. I've always had a hard time losing weight which is why I've given up so many times…

They are so delicious. I've started eating them for the fiber content, but I wish they were cheaper.

I do. Often toward the end of the day I'm not so hungry, but if I don't eat I wake up ravenous and breakfast won't satisfy.

The texture is awful. In my opinion it wasn't worth the money. If you want pasta like food, try "zoodles." It's spiraled zucchini and tastes pretty great.
