When I wake up, I'm not really hungry, but I force myself to eat anyway and it typically holds me over until dinner with a light snack in between (a protein bar). My problem is that since I'm not hungry until 6-7pm, I have to eat more calories when I'm not hungry because I didn't eat enough throughout the day. :confused:

I have the same problem. I lost 2lbs over a month. It is completely frustrating. I meet with a gym person and he tells me I'm doing everything right and reassures me that some people just lose quicker than others. It will eventually change and to give it time. You got this! But I recommend having more calories in your diet. 1200 calories is not enough to sustain the activity you are doing. It's the basic amount of calories just to live (or less than). It'll be hard to stick to the diet with that low of a calorie count.

Boo. I was eating them because I really need more fiber in my diet. Any suggestions? I have figs now and then, but I'm frankly getting sick of them. And lima beans.

Has this worked for you? And I haven't seen this equation before, where did it come from? Just curious. I've seen other equations such as: For women: BMR = 10 x weight (kg) + 6.25 x height (cm) – 5 x age (years) – 161 and my BMR would be 1706.

Drinking more water (or tea) will make you pee more. If you drink water before you sleep, count on having to wake up during the middle of the night to go pee. I have quite a few to be fair. I think my biggest pet peeve is when people chew with their mouth open or make obnoxious noises when they eat. I'm tired of being the fat person. My brother and sister are slimmer and I've always been the "chubby" sibling, or the "fat friend." I hate clothes shopping and I want to feel nice in clothing, without having to wear a jacket because I'm trying to hide some of the fat. I'm embarrassed to go out with my boyfriend sometimes…

I am pretty sedentary the most of the day. I mostly do house chores or play with my dog, but I do go to the gym for an hour and a half to two hours. I'd still fall under sedentary, right? I do this 5 days a week (and usually long walks on the weekend).
