Well, I love doing pop sugar fitness youtube videos. If I make mistakes with the steps, I don't have to worry about looking silly in front of anyone. I don't have to worry about being exposed to the COVID. There's no traveling time as well which is good.

Sometimes slower weight loss can be better because you're more likely to keep it off in the long run. There's no point in losing weight quickly only put it back on again.

I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling so scared. I have had one, and it was ok- my mum was with me so that was helpful support. Also I have found that watching guided meditations on youtube have helped to calm my emotions alot.

I'm so sorry to hear what you have been through with your back and all of the pain you have been through too. That must have been really hard. This recovery time after surgery is only a temporary thing and you will get better. Its fantastic you found a nutrition system that works for you with weight loss, and you can get…

Do you keep logging and tracking calories as well as exercise once you've reached the goal? Its something to consider.
-
I would log the whole tablespoon just in case.
-
No, I never have. I'm always cold when its winter and autumn! Its frustrating.
-
I think its a fantastic idea if you have the patience for it. You're more likely to keep the weight off in the long run as well if you aim for a slower weight loss too, and less likely to lose lean muscle mass.

No, I'm really motivated by the scales. If you're happy about it and it works for you though, then go for it.

I once went through a similar situation and I couldn't work out why I wasn't losing weight. It was because I was under estimating what I was eating. As soon as I started to weigh and measure everything I ate and drank, the weight came off. Also, I have noticed that sometimes the calorie values of foods are not accurate…

That's a great idea with the masks, I usually just wear a N95 mask and my cloth mask gets neglected.

I sometimes find it interesting to read food diaries, to see what works for others in their weight loss journey. Thank you to the people who have answered my question. 🙏 Some really good points have been mentioned, ones I didn't even think of.

I'm sorry to hear about the rude comments, it's completely unnecessary
-
I'm sorry to hear that. It's disappointing, especially when this is supposed to be a supportive forum.
-
I didn't think of that, that's a really good point.

Same! I have no self control when it comes to Milo. Same with crunchy peanut butter and Nutella. When I was 104 kilos I would easily put away a whole big jar of kraft peanut butter in about ten minutes 😱

It's probably that she likes the packaging design. The lemon one does look very appealing

Those look terrifying and not at all appetizing. That being said I've never eaten them before

You can ask that the fish is cooked without batter? That's what I used to do before I became vegetarian
-
I didn't think of intrusive or critical comments. To me if someone specifically asks for diet advice/ways they might improve their diet, critical feedback might be ok. But only if done in a kind way and only because the person has sought feedback. We're all doing the best that we can to lose weight and even if we aren't,…

Thank you, those are great links 🙏🤗

Oh ok cool I understand your points of view. Especially if private is the default setting anyway. To me though, I may idly have a look at someone's food diary, but I'm not going to scrutinize it intensely...I don't think anyone would. Plus it's not like it's my deepest darkest secrets, just what i have eaten and drunk that…

Tuna sandwiches on white bread with the crusts cut off, and cut into triangles. Of course the tuna was canned in oil. I would watch the clock and as soon as it hit 12 i would say, "tuna sandwich time!" 🤣 Also chocolate milkshakes (though not consumed at the same time as the tuna fish sandwich)

Ooh I'm guessing you guys in the US don't have Milo which is so sad. It's like Nesquick except about a million times better. Well I would like some Milo over some really rich vanilla ice cream. NOT the diet Halo Top kind but the proper fatty sugary kind

Alot of the time I will still go walking but I have a huge umbrella which helps alot and a water repellent coat

I have lived in Australia my whole life and I was a meat eater for most of that time (apart from roughly the last two years). I have never eaten kangaroo and it's not that common in restaurants or cafes. But for some reason the places that target tourists do put kangaroo on the menu. Kangaroo has only really become more…

The first time I ever had mozzarella sticks I was in a McDonald's in London back in 2015. I love cheese so much, I try and have vegan alternatives but they just don't taste the same

Drinking lots of water helps me. Also utilizing the satiating power of protein. Its not for everyone but what has helped me so much are quest bars and protein powders, low fat dairy, plenty of vegetables, not purposefully eating low carb but having low glycemic index carbs, and minimal amounts of sugar and fatty foods. It…

Sorry not 23.4 grams of carbs, 23.4 grams of protein

I'm sorry to hear that you have gained weight. I've been vegetarian for almost two years now and much as it pains me to admit it, I have found nothing as satiating as low-fat animal protein. That being said, I'm never going back to eating meat or seafood so I've turned to protein powder and protein bars for help. I've been…
