I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling frustrated and it's great that you are making the effort to log everything. Sometimes the calorie values that have been added in mpf aren't accurate though so I double check these on another site sometimes in case I underestimate my calories

It sounds terrible but so often I just have lots of coffee! Its milky coffee though, i love it. I've been trying to cut back though but its been hard, i just love coffee so much.

I don't count coffee towards my water intake because its dehydrating. I have been trying to cut back on coffee so i have started to have decaf coffee instead.
