You can bank calories anyway without premium membership.

Yes definetly.

I haven't drunk any alcohol this whole month!

I'm sorry to hear that, maybe your body is detoxing from something? Were you eating huge amounts of sugar?

It really depends on what he feels comfortable with too and what makes him happy. Hair or no hair can be hot either way!

It can be tough to quit smoking so good on you for making that decision.

What really helped me was weighing myself every day. Its not for everyone but it helped me because i was able to stop whatever habit was making me start to gain or change things up to stop the scale creeping upward. The times i've run into trouble have been where i don't weigh myself for long periods of time and fool…

It looks like you gained lean muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat.

I really hate all of the time I have missed out on spending with family and friends when i think back to when lockdown started here in march.

Maybe just take a complete diet break for a while, it sounds like you need to. I know its frustrating because you're wanting to lose weight and its not happening, but binge eating sounds to me like you'll be fighting an uphill battle if you keep trying to force yourself to calorie count.

It sounds bad I wouldn't even try and log my leftover holiday food. I would eat in sensible quantities, and then once its gone start tracking again. Otherwise I would just find it too hard to even try, but that's just me.

I go for a thin crust vegetarian pizza. Or a salad with tofu and brown rice as well with lots of vegetables.

I think its better to try and distribute it as equally as you possibly can because your body can only absorb a certain amount of protein at once.

I always just go by the lowest value just to be safe.

I always just use my scales because I'm too lazy to measure myself.

And this, too, will pass.

That's great to hear. We all have days where we go a bit over though.

With a homemade recipe like lentil soup, I check the calories for every ingredient- I go by the package and weight. If it isn't packaged I use another site (calorie king) to double check calorie values. Then I add the total calories together for every ingredient, and divide by the number of serves.

Give fasting a go, it can be a game-changer for some people.

Yes, I have found the same thing! I love skinny jeans, they always look really flattering on me.

I have noticed this too, as well as a drop in blood pressure. It makes me wonder if I'm losing heart muscle mass.

The most important thing for me was diet first. Once I accurately started to measure and weigh everything, as well double checked the true calorie content of foods (as MFP is often inaccurate as its user added) the weight started to come off. Once I combined calorie restriction with a one hour walk each day, the magic…

My goal is 66 to 68 kilos (145 to 150 pounds). I have changed my goal weight from when I was younger as I have a large frame which i didn't realize at the time. I accept that I''m going to be in the higher healthy weight range for my height, and that's ok. I'm never going to look like twiggy, but different strokes for…

I'm looking to lose maybe 2 kilos by Christmas. I work better with slower weight loss. Unfortunately I find if I lose weight faster than that I tend to binge eat and put it all back on, so there's no point.

Duromine might work but you gotta talk to your doctor about it.
