Like everyone said. Dont try and keep up with everyone else. Push yourself do better then YOU did the week before. I'm not new and I like lifting rather than classes but I also get dizzy alot. I carry a bottle of water with bcaas mixed in. I like scivation fruit punch. Has helped me. If that's not your thing focus on your…

Like sardelsa said. I've always had a butt however that doesn't mean I don't have to work to keep it a nice butt and not just a big butt. I love barbell hip thrust. At first lighter weight helped lift and tone glutes and hamstrings. Then as I went heavier started gaining mass .I do about 5 sets of 8 at 255 right now. If…

Yes but I am not only watching calories. Those things usually have alot of sugar and sodium in them. Amazing how different you feel when your mindful of that also.

As long as it fits in my macros /calories I drink my protein shake before bed..A powder mixed with water not the premade. No sugar but still cures a craving for sweets since it's flavored and I feel really full. I use peanut butter chocolate so similar to your granola bar cravings..Plus since it's not super amazing tasting…

1 pound could mean you have to go to the bathroom. My advice is worry less about that and more about increased energy, fat to muscle or how your clothes fit. I dropped a pant size and maintained the same weight because my body changed. Also are you strictly watching calories or are you paying attention to your macros? Dont…

I had to get used to eating a small breakfast otherwise I don't leave myself enough time to get in calories. And I added in a protein powder Helped alot. If you choose to do that watch the sugar sodium and carbs. Ifound one at Walmart that works just fine to supplement

Agree with everyone else. Walking everyday is good lifting or intense exercise everyday isn't. You'll overwork yourself and you'll just end up tired and probably not gain muscle. Dot be afraid to rest just push yourself hard on your own days then let everything kind of rebuild. Also agree it's in the kitchen. You need…

I can't see your diary but I know when I was not eating enough calories Because I have small appetite/little time I didn't see results in the gym. Also are you looking at calories alone or macros? Getting enough protein/balance is important. I actually had to eat more but differently to see fat loss and muscle gain

I had the Mirena and now I have the nexplanon and my body has gone through extreme changes this time around. I lift 5 days a week and I eat good foods and still felt like my results weren't great but watching my macros changed alot. You're eating within calories but are you getting enough protein. Where are the calories…

I think it depends on what is fun for you. I used to do an hour of cardio every single day when was younger but now I only do it as a warm-up. High intensity on the stairmaster no slouching walk as if your on real stairs as fast and best you can and if my legs need a stretch interval inclines on treadmill at very fast walk…
