Thank you again I've been eating only 1200 calories a day but now that I think of it I may not be getting enough protein.

Thank you everyone I didn't know that plateau was longer then a week! I know I can't expect it to shed off extremely fast I just wanted to lose a couple more pounds to get to my first goal.

Thank you everyone for your input! I eat a reasonable amount of dairy. Most of the time I have to prepare small meals at night because my little one is 17 months old and very active so I don't have much time to prepare something from scratch! I am trying to lose this baby weight.
