I have been on thyroid meds for years. Lost 40lbs so far this year calorie counting and exercise. If you are properly medicated shouldn't be an issue

I have a digital and non digital. My digital has me always at about 5lbs heavier than the normal one I use the normal one all the time.

Mines told me this as well but when I was at school I used to faint along with the cramps

Just remember your enjoyed your holiday. Life happens you need to live. Just get back to what you were doing before

I lost 7lbs in my first week and been on a steady 2/3lbs a week since. Totally normal for a first week mostly water weight

I walk every few days during the week and also do some youtube vids lesley sansome mile walks etc. If I am out walking im doing 2/3miles at the moment so all thats on course. I am not bothered about having mega muscles just want to get fit/healthy

60 calories over is not worth worrying about. I have been over 200 a few days and can still loose. Try not to beat yourself up about a tiny amount

I dont think its a mega issue aslong as your not drinking tonnes and tonnes of it. I have 1 can of diet juice of sorts a day

Breakfast depends on if at work or not, cereal, omelette, fruit Lunch: salad with some chickn or tuna, soup, wraps Dinner: some sort of meat usually chicken, potatoes, veg, rice

Yeah we knew it was going to be a long engagement we are not in the right financial situation to have a wedding even a small one

Not always all stores, sometimes just certain ones selling off stock

Not married yet so no wedding ring. These are my engagment rings. One I got 5 years ago and the diamond sadly fell out so at Christmas I got a lovely new one
