How many calories in this?
Usually always take my lunch to work but forgot it today, not the best option in my works canteen fish and chips, lasagne, etc so I got this. The average serving in this is showing 234 only 3 bits of brie but am i best to maybe bump it to 250 or 300? It is mostly salad

Exercise with sprained toe
So my plans this week on my days off was to go for 2 decent walks but the night before I really stubbed my toe bad to the point that we thought it may be broken. Tried a small walk but too sore for now. Is there any little exercises I can maybe do just now to keep me going or best to leave it a few days?

23lbs down 117lbs to go!
It is a small success but how I feel has changed already! This week I walked 7 miles for the first time pretty much ever, and have managed to move down one clothing size on the top. Small goals are the way for me! B)

Exercise Calories
I usually try not to eat back exercise calories as its usually 300/400 or so. However, today I did my first 7mile walk and using map my walk it came up with 1533 calories burned. I dont want to eat all of these is it best halfing them? As I know the count isnt 100% accurate
