So my plans this week on my days off was to go for 2 decent walks but the night before I really stubbed my toe bad to the point that we thought it may be broken. Tried a small walk but too sore for now.

Is there any little exercises I can maybe do just now to keep me going or best to leave it a few days?

Jus rest, till it recovers. Last thing you want to do is prolong your recovery.

You could probably do upper body and core workouts but I agree, rest.

When I sprained my foot badly, I stuck with spinning and mat Pilates (avoiding planks and other positions where you're on your toes) until I could walk without any pain.
