I usually try not to eat back exercise calories as its usually 300/400 or so. However, today I did my first 7mile walk and using map my walk it came up with 1533 calories burned.
I dont want to eat all of these is it best halfing them? As I know the count isnt 100% accurate

Hmm...that seems like too many calories, unless you jogged, it shouldn't have been more than 1000. Even at a 15:15 split walking hills, I only burn about 110 calories per mile. I'm 160 lbs.

Assuming flat ground and normal wind conditions, the Runners World formula gives about 635 kCal for a 7 mile walk for your weight.1

It was mixture flat, hill, stairs. Thought what id gave me was an awful lot, the plus side is I managed the longest walk ive ever done.
I have eaten 486 of it back, hoping that wont muck up my week0
