I usually just take a little bag of my own popcorn in the I know the calories etc

Anytime I go to the doctors they write down the weight I am. I may however ask them to put a few lbs less from now on

I can be up to 4lbs heavier at night

I usually just say no and that's it over and done with. My team at work know I am working on my weight so don't tend to offer me now.

My family and 99% of my friends are very supportive and will try and have something I can fit into my goals if they need too. Sorry you feel like this :(

I don't know why people insist on shake diets etc when it is so easy once you learn CICO. I wouldn't feel as if I had anything to eat if I was having shakes. Fair enough to meal replace maybe one meal or so

It helps having people on here to keep you going on bad days, I had a particularly bad week last week and the people I have on here really helped. The only thing is you may not lose 2lbs every week. I started in January at 290 I am currently 246 so down 44lbs in 6 months this is with going up a few weeks a holiday etc. I would set yourself smaller goals instead if trying to figure what you'll be at Christmas. I remember when I joined back in Jan someone told me to use Lesley Sansone walk at home videos you can do 15 to 45 mins or so depending on what you want to do. It has been a God send for me now I can walk miles without dying.
